For the concern of your teammates:
1. If you feel ill, stay home, and contact coach(es)
and captain(s); Sidney
2. You must bring your proper equipment (shin guards, cleats, running shoes), own water bottle to every workout, practice, game
3. If you feel well, but are injured, we expect you to be at practice and games to continue learning and support your team.
