For the concern of your teammates:

1. If you feel ill, stay home, and contact coach(es)
​and captain(s); Sidney

2. You must bring your proper equipment (shin guards, cleats, running shoes), own water bottle to every workout, practice, game
3. ​If you feel well, but are injured, we expect you to be at practice and games to continue learning and support your team.
